Single Hop APA 11%
A light ALE that is both brewed and cold hopped with a single variety of hops. Each batch is brewed to a bitterness of 32 IBU, during cold hopping, the same amount of hops was always used, i.e. 300 g/hl of beer. Hops used and their aroma: I. Jarrylo (banana, pear, orange), II. Mosaic (tropical fruit, blueberries, citrus), III. Eldorado (apricot, pineapple, melon), IV. Idaho7 (pineapple, citrus, apricot).
About the beer
