Single hop MOSAIC APA 11%
A light pale ALE brew and cold hopped with a single variety of Mosaic hop. The batch is brewed to a bitterness of 32 IBU, during cold hopping, 300 g of hops were used per hl of beer. Mosaic hops are characterized by aroma of tropical fruits, blueberries and citrus.
