Pomlázka COLD Pale Ale 13

For Easter we brewed/brewed Pomlázka, a light special in the COLD Pale Ale style. The COLD ALE beer style is surprisingly a bottom-fermented beer, but the taste is much more reminiscent of ALE than LAGER. The same procedures are used as for ales, -infusion, dry hopping, but it is fermented with bottom yeast at higher temperatures. The hops used are Azacca, Cascade and Talus. We wish you a happy Easter!
