Grandma’s fruity beer pie full of raspberries, black currants and vanilla. Beer style PASTRY SOUR ALE is a sour ALE in which lactose is used to balance and sweeten beer. Raspberry puree, currant juice and 100 pcs of vanilla pods from Madagascar were added to the maturation. Beer is refreshing  even in summer with its 4.8% alcohol 😉
