Brewed as a cooperation between Nachmelená Opice and Krkonošský Medvěd breweries. The beer style BRUT IPA is a fermented dry IPA with the addition of wine yeast, reminiscent the beer champagne 🙂 Light straw color, dry body with moderate acidity, bitterness and a pleasant fruity touch of mainly New Zealand hops (starring Nelson Sauvin).
