IMPERIAL STOUT HIGHLAND SINGLE MALT WHISKY BARREL AGED

Imperial Stout is a strong, extremely black top-fermented STOUT with its typical aroma of roasted coffee, chocolate, etc. We brewed it in November 2024 and at the beginning of December transferred it to wooden barrels for single malt whiskey from the Scottish HIGHLAND region. The beer from the barrel thus takes on some of its aroma, which in this case is a hint of smoke, peat, dried fruit and spices and matured in it for 20 months. This resulted in 500 unique bottles, the beer has 9.5% alcohol and the original extract is 24%.
