HERBAL Gosé 11
GOSE is an ancient beer style from Germany, it is a sour beer with coriander and salt. This time we have prepared it in a version with rose hips and a mixture of herbs- rosemary and mint. Rose hips give the beer a delicate fullness combined with pleasant acidity and freshness, the herbs then a beautiful fresh touch, which is gently complemented by coriander. All this makes it a summer beer that makes you want to have another cup!:)
