GOSE Mango-Calamansi 11%
GOSE is an ancient beer style from Germany, it is a sour beer using coriander and salt. Also we added fruit to it. This combination may seem wild, but the opposite is true, as the fine salinity adds to the drinkability and balances the taste profile. Used mango and lime Calamansi promote freshness and drinkability of the beer.
