GOSE is an ancient beer style from Germany, it is a sour beer using coriander and salt. Also we added fruit to it, namely blackcurrant. This combination may seem wild, but the opposite is true, as the fine salinity adds to the drinkability and balances the taste profile. Used blackcurrant refreshes the beer, not only its taste but also its color.
