DDH Cascade Ležák 12
We brewed our traditional Lager at just 12% and added Cascade cold hops twice during fermentation and lagering. The first batch was added at the end of the main fermentation, the second after the beer was transferred from the CKT to lagering. The resulting lager promises the fullness and character of a Lager, with a fresh, slightly spicy aroma with a hint of flowers and citrus.
