Australian Summer Ale 12%
The beer is built purely on hops from Australia, namely Ella, Enigma and Galaxy. The production process at the brewery is common for Pale Ale type beers using infusion, pilsner and pale ale malt. Australian hops are fruity and spicy at the same time, and specifically these hops give the beer an aroma of tropical fruit, peaches, but also currants and resin.
About the beer
It goes best with light fish with a lemon dressing.
